Sometimes, people who are looking for support or assistance don't need the help of a psychologist. If your needs are more aligned with:
-
developing specific strategies and skills to manage your ADHD-related challenges,
-
having someone to delegate life admin tasks to,
-
learning more information about your brain, nervous system and body,
see below for some resources that might be helpful for you.

ADHD Coaches
Sometimes the support that you need is very practical. Maybe your mental health is tracking OK, relationships are doing fine, but getting through everyday life is a major challenge and these struggles are impacting you significantly.

Accredited ADHD coaches are a great choice for ADHDers who are wanting to learn and strengthen their strategies for managing their lives (personal and professional).

ADHD coaches have a LOT of practical strategies that have been found to be effective, and they have experience at helping their clients apply them in real life.

Many ADHD coaches have lived experience of navigating the world as an ADHDer and, in addition, have training and experience in coaching people to feel more empowered.

Many ADHD coaches work online so you are not limited to finding one who lives close to you.

Real-Life Virtual Assistants
This is a service that has been long overdue!
Many ADHDers struggle with the administrative tasks of everyday life. Things like making phone calls, scheduling appointments, finding tradespeople, renewing their licence, organising their weekly schedule, and so on. And ADHDers running a business or performing a paid professional role will often experience barriers that get in the way of them being productive and effective.

Delegating the tasks that you find difficult, and that take you a lot longer than is helpful for you, is a legitimate and efficient choice to make for yourself in pursuit of making life easier for you and to free up some time so you can do more of the things that are meaningful and add value to your life.

Stardust Support is a service that provides personalised virtual assistant (VA) services to support a very wide range of administrative needs. You can either delegate the tasks to your VA entirely, or they can work alongside you to plan and carry out the tasks. The choice is yours.

And the VAs at Stardust have lived experience of navigating the world as ADHDers. They 'get it' and are just happy to be helpful in making your life easier and more effective. They also use apps and other tech support that they have found is best-aligned with the ways that ADHDer and Autistic brains work.

Nadia and her team offer a 15-minute free consultation to discuss with prospective clients how they might be able to help.
