Service Description

Learn how to deliver the 6-session Anxiety Skills Group to your high school students in this one-day workshop. You will learn about the common triggers of high-anxiety states in our teens, and how to upskill them to better understand and regulate their stress and anxiety. The Anxiety Skills Group is based on the popular course run at Curtin University and at Perth College.
